WHAT YOU ALL MISSED
Since the last blog on FEB 26,
Indians:
- Have lost 3 straight (There is the plummet I was talking about)
- Justin Masterson has been named the opening day starter v.s. Toronto on April 3rd
- Chris Perez injured his shoulder and will be sidelined for 3-4 weeks
Cavaliers:
-They have won 2 straight despite not having Kyrie Irving!!!!

- NFL combine has concluded
-Nothing else really happened....its the off season
Now onto the big news!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Your Cleveland Indians:
The Cleveland Indians have certainly cooled down dramatically since their hot 5-0 start. Unfortuanteley, they have actually lost 3 straight spring training games. This is not exactly the consistency manager Terry Francona is looking for. Nevertheless, it is still very early in spring training, and the players are still getting used to playing with each other. Since the last post the Indians have lost, 1-4 to the Royals, 1-5 to the Mariners, 0-10 to the Rangers. Not much offense as you can see which is not a good sign. The Tribe struggled heavily with their offensive production last year, so lets hope this is not a trend. I will tell you know Terry Francona will not put up with the lack of offense. Our pitching needs all the help it can get.
There has been more and more buzz about the Indians all the way back here in Cleveland, despite the team being in Arizona. Reports have confirmed that the Cleveland Indians organization have lowered almost every price on the concession menu!!!!!! This might just be the greatest news of the entire off season!!!!! Wouldn't you agree? I mean seriously those prices before were ridiculous. Here is a few of the important new prices:
-16 oz. Beer: $4 :-) :-) :-) :-) WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
-Hot Dog: $3
-The Pizza, Broatworst, Pizza, and Pop-corn prices are down 25% according to the organization (whatever that means)
Not to mention there will be 15 games where it will be Sugardale Dollar Dog Night!! 15! That is so many! This will attract more fans than the offseason player acqusitions. Folks, get ready for a great season with your Cleveland Indians.

Without the play of All-Star guard/my favorite player Kyrie Irving, the Cleveland Cavaliers have managed to win 2 straight games. They beat the Chicago Bulls 101-98, then beating the Toronto Raptors 103-93. Impressive due to the fact Kyrie, their best player has not played. Picking up the slack has been (my favorite 2nd favorite player) Dion Waiters. He has been leading the way for the Cavs posting games of 25 and 23 pts. This is great to see when Kyrie is out. It shows that we know how to win without our best player. Our team is getting better and better. I cannot wait to see these guys when they reach their potential.
Following the win v.s. Toronto rookies Tyler Zeller and Dion Waiters were seen leaving the Cavs facilities with some extra baggage. Cavs coach Byron Scott said it is for "rookie initation"
Cavs play the LA Clippers (a.k.a. lob city) tonight @ 7:30 in Cleveland. Go support em'
